1、防爆電源插座箱為復合型防爆結(jié)構(gòu)。元件腔采用隔爆型防爆結(jié)構(gòu)，進、出線腔采用增安型防爆結(jié)構(gòu)。各腔體之間采用模塊式組合，隔爆腔之間互不相通，減小了單個腔體的凈容積，從而消除了爆炸壓力重迭，增強了產(chǎn)品的防爆性能；各回路可以****選擇、拼裝；體積小，整齊、美觀，占用安裝現(xiàn)場空間較少；重量輕，安裝、維護方便。

2、本系列產(chǎn)品為鑄鋁合金外殼，鋁合金為ZL102符合國家標準。產(chǎn)品殼體采用燃油、高溫、恒溫壓鑄成型工藝，壓鑄產(chǎn)品表面光滑，外形美觀大方，金屬結(jié)構(gòu)致密度高，外殼結(jié)構(gòu)內(nèi)部無氣泡、無砂眼，抗沖擊性能增強(鑄鋁合金的抗拉強度為原來的近2倍，硬度為原來的近1.5倍，密度比原來也有所增加)，產(chǎn)品外殼防爆性能好，產(chǎn)品上有壓制的性防爆標志。

10、配電箱內(nèi)部導線采用OT接線端子冷壓接，并穿有套管進行絕緣處理，接線端子采用專用帶防松瓦墊緊固，確保電氣性能的穩(wěn)定性，接線端子上有明確的進出線編號或標識。
