Gloseters for Curved Surfaces
| Ourvo-Curveinstruments use a narrow beam of light to accurately measure the gloss of convex and concave surfaces. They can also be used to measure flat surfaces and areas which are too all to measure with standard gloseters. |
When you measure a curved surface with a rmal gloss-meter, the light beam is scattered by the concave or convex surface giving a much lower and false reading for gloss.
Thevo-Curvealso has a special optical arrangement that allows accurate measurement of curved surfaces with a very all radius of curvature. The vo-Curve Lite is a portable, hand-held device for measuring the gloss of larger items that cant be measured with thevo-Curve.
Optional Extra
The detachableCylinder measurement Jiggives improved repeatability for cylindrical objects from 5mm radius up to 100mm. Foam baffles exclude ambient light and hold the cylinder in optimum measurement position. The Jig is fully adjustable and can be used for cylinders from 5mm- 100mm radius.
